Website and sandbox terms

Acceptance

By using this website or the public CADA sandbox, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Permitted use

You may evaluate public Basmu materials and use the sandbox for lawful, internal assessment with synthetic data. You must not disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, bypass controls, or use the service to develop or operate unlawful activity.

Synthetic data only

Do not upload or enter real personal data, production transaction data, customer records, suspicious activity reports, secrets, credentials, or confidential case material. You are responsible for ensuring every submitted scenario is synthetic and safe to share.

Evaluation output

Sandbox outputs are illustrative, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not legal, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or financial advice. A qualified human investigator must independently verify every finding before action.

Session lifecycle

Sandbox sessions expire after 14 days of inactivity and are deleted after a maximum of 30 days. Analytics may be retained for up to 90 days. Verified erasure requests are actioned within 24 hours.

Availability and changes

The website and sandbox are provided on an “as available” basis. Basmu may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any feature without notice.

Intellectual property

Basmu and CADA names, designs, software, documentation, and generated demonstrations remain the property of Basmu or its licensors. These terms grant no license except the limited right to use the public service as described above.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Basmu disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public service.
